Service Description

PageVitalprovides website health scanning and reporting tools. We scan URLs you provide and generate reports covering performance, security, SEO, accessibility, and technology stack. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan URLs you are not authorized to test.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits or access restrictions through automated means.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageVital and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Scan results are informational and do not constitute professional advice, security assessments, or compliance certifications. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on the results at your own discretion. You must not rely on scan results as a substitute for professional security audits or regulatory compliance reviews.

Healthcare Scanning Disclaimer

Healthcare scanning features are informational tools that detect website-level indicators. They do not constitute a HIPAA compliance assessment, certification, or audit. PageVital is not a HIPAA Business Associate and does not execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Healthcare organizations should consult qualified compliance professionals for compliance determinations.

PageVital does not intentionally access, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI). Scans retrieve only publicly accessible website content. We do not access patient portals, protected health systems, or any resources requiring authentication.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PageVital after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
